Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup of your favorite marinara or pizza sauce (look for a low-sugar option if you’re watching calories)

1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, or any of your favorite pizza toppings
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil on both sides.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread a thin layer of marinara or pizza sauce over each chicken breast.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

Add any additional toppings you’d like, such as sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
