Ingredients:
• 1 ½ pounds ground beef

• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 package (8 oz) egg noodles
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Add the minced garlic, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and softened cream cheese until smooth.

Layer the casserole: In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread half of the cooked egg noodles. Top with half of the cream cheese mixture, then half of the meat mixture. Repeat the layers.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
7.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
