🧄 Ingredients:
For the Steak:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

Beef tallow or butter (for searing)
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

3–4 garlic cloves (smashed or minced)

1/2 cup heavy cream (preferably raw or additive-free)

1–2 tbsp cream cheese or mascarpone (optional for thickness)

Optional: pinch of salt (only if needed)
🔥 Instructions:

Prep the Steak:

Pat steaks dry with a paper towel.

Season both sides generously with salt.

Sear the Steak:

Heat beef tallow or butter in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.

Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness and doneness preference).

Remove and rest the steak on a plate (cover loosely with foil).

Make Garlic Cream Sauce:

In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 30–60 seconds).

Pour in heavy cream and stir.

Add cream cheese or mascarpone (if using) and stir until smooth.

Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Pour the warm garlic cream sauce over the rested steak.

Optionally, spoon more sauce on the side for dipping!
