Tuna Avocado Egg Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

 1 whole wheat or low-carb tortilla

→ Protein and Filling

 1 can (140 g) tuna, drained
 1–2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

→ Vegetables

 1/2 ripe avocado, diced
 1 cup (30 g) chopped romaine lettuce or spinach

→ Seasoning and Condiments

 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
 Salt, to taste
 Black pepper, to taste
 Optional: dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, gently combine tuna, diced avocado, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. If desired, incorporate a small amount of Dijon mustard or hot sauce for added flavor.

Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Distribute the romaine lettuce or spinach evenly over the tortilla. Spoon the tuna and avocado mixture on top, then arrange the egg slices over the filling.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Slice the wrap in half for serving.
