Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (look for a lower-sodium version)
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and dry ranch seasoning mix. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Stir in the reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled turkey bacon. Reserve the remaining bacon for topping.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that the ranch seasoning already contains salt, so be cautious with additional salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top the mixture with the remaining crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired.
- Serve the Crack Chicken dip with fresh veggies, whole-grain crackers, or as a sandwich filling.
