1. Prep the vegetables

Lightly steam broccoli and carrots for 3–4 minutes (so they soften slightly but stay crisp).

Add all vegetables into a greased baking dish.
2. Make the creamy sauce

In a bowl, whisk together:

3. Pour and assemble
