Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (whole or halved)

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 1 cup sliced carrots

  • 1 cup zucchini cubes (optional)

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream or half-and-half

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried dill

  • Optional: ¼ cup grated parmesan for extra flavor

Topping

  • ½–1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)


🍽️ Instructions

1. Prep the vegetables

  1. Lightly steam broccoli and carrots for 3–4 minutes (so they soften slightly but stay crisp).

  2. Add all vegetables into a greased baking dish.


2. Make the creamy sauce

  1. In a bowl, whisk together:

    • Heavy cream

    • Eggs

    • Shredded cheese

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Salt

    • Pepper

    • Italian seasoning or dill

  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.


3. Pour and assemble

  1. Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the vegetables (as shown in the picture).

  2. Sprinkle the top with extra cheese.


4. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
