1. Pre-bake the Crust

Roll out the pie dough into a 6β7 inch pan (or smaller to fit your air fryer basket).

Dock the crust with a fork.

Place parchment and pie weights (or dried beans).

Air fry at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 5β6 minutes until lightly golden. Remove weights and parchment.

2. Make the Filling
In a medium saucepan over medium heat:

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, milk, and cream.

Once thick, remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fill and Air Fry
