Amazing 2 Points Tiramisu Muffins

Ingredients (makes 9 muffins):

  • 6 oz Pillsbury Sugar-Free Yellow Cake Mix – ~12 Points
  • 1 container Light & Fit Tiramisu Yogurt – 2 Points
  • 1/2 cup water – 0 Points

Optional toppings (per muffin):

  • 1 Tbsp Fat-Free Cool Whip – 0 Points
  • Light sprinkle sugar-free cocoa powder – 0 Points
  • 3–4 Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips – 0–1 Point

Instructions:

  1. Mix cake mix, yogurt, and water until smooth.
  2. Divide into 9 muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 335°F for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool slightly, then top with Cool Whip, cocoa powder, and chips if desired.
