Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Feta, Walnuts & Hot Honey Drizzle
Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts:
4 cups (600 g) Brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp (2–3 g) sea salt
1/4 tsp (1–2 g) black pepper
1/2 tsp (2–3 g) garlic powder (optional)
Toppings:
3/4 cup (110 g) feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup (40 g) toasted walnuts, chopped
2–3 tbsp (30–45 ml) hot honey
Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup/honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread evenly and roast 22–28 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.
Transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle crumbled feta and toasted walnuts over the warm sprouts.
Drizzle generously with hot honey.
Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.
Serve warm as a flavorful, cozy side dish.
