– 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined. Add the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until a dough forms. If using, fold in the chopped chives for added flavor. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
