2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count or similar)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1/2 cup frozen peas or corn for added texture
Optional topping: chopped parsley or more cheese

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
Mix filling: In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, pepper, and half the cheese. Fold in the shredded chicken and optional veggies.
Prep biscuits: Cut biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the chicken mixture until coated.
