Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1.1 pounds (500 grams) of desalted, shredded codfish
- 1.1 pounds (500 grams) of boiled and mashed potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Parsley and green onions to taste
Instructions:
We’ll start by mixing the shredded cod and the mashed potatoes in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, chopped onion, parsley, chives, black pepper and salt.

Then fry the dumplings in the hot oil until they are golden brown on all sides.
