Ingredients

Instructions

  • Deglazing and Reduction: Following the browning of the beef, add the beef stock to the skillet. Employ a spatula to scrape the caramelized particles from the bottom of the pan, thereby incorporating them back into the liquid. Continue to heat the mixture until the liquid volume has reduced by half, a process that should take an additional 3-4 minutes.
