Creme Brulee Cheesecake


Ingredients:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 4 packages (32 oz) cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for caramelizing)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into a springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add sugar, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and vanilla. Mix well.
5. Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour.
6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
7. Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch.
8. Slice, serve, and savor the indulgence!
