  • 8 oz (about 225g) whole wheat fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
