Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well blended and creamy.
3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
6. Before serving, top with fresh berries or fruit compote if desired.
