8 cups Uncooked broccoli, chopped (the smaller the better!!) 1â2 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped 1â2 cup Uncooked bell pepper 8 Tbsp (1/2 cup) Kroger Hickory ksmoke flavor real bacon bits 1â2 cup Kroger 50% Less sugar dried cranberries 1â4 cup Sunflower seeds 1â3 cup Dukes Light mayonnaise 2â3 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt 3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Whisk together cider vinegar, sweetener, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, peppers, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits. Pour in the prepared dressing and toss to blend.
