This Easy White Chocolate Brownie Pizza is a soft, chewy vanilla brownie loaded with white chocolate chips and colorful M&M’s, baked in a pizza pan and sliced into fun, shareable wedges. It’s party-ready, kid-approved, and made with simple pantry staples. Perfect for birthdays, bake sales, or anytime you’re craving something sweet and festive!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 cup M&M’s, plus extra for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch round pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until the mixture is smooth and glossy.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  5. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M’s.

  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  8. Let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle additional M&M’s on top.

  9. Slice into wedges and serve like a pizza!

Notes

  • For best slicing, allow the brownie pizza to cool completely before cutting.

  • Mini M&M’s work great for even topping and easier slicing.

  • You can use a 9×13-inch pan instead of a round pan—just adjust the bake time slightly.

  • Try swapping in different candies or chocolate chips depending on the season or occasion.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
