2 W-W point breakfast pizza

Ingredients:

1 point for the tortilla
-
1 point for the fat free mozzarella I used 1/3 cup

2 eggs
-
Spinach
-
Tomatoes
-
Bell peppers
-
Oregano garlic salt, pepper
-
You can use whatever veggies & seasonings you prefer!
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375
-
Put parchment paper on the bottom of a round cake pan

Place tortilla in the pan
-
Crack eggs onto tortilla
-
Cut up and put veggies and spices on top
-
Bake at 375 for 10 min

Open and add cheese and bake for another 3-5 min
