Ingredients:
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
Cinnamon sugar, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Press one can of cinnamon roll dough into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked cinnamon roll crust.
Top with the remaining cinnamon roll dough, breaking it into small pieces and spreading it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top layer is golden. Let it cool completely.
Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before cutting into bars. These bars are pure ooey-gooey bliss!
