8 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation: Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Cooking: Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, draining any excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add beef broth, ketchup, and mustard, cooking for 2 more minutes. Mix in cream cheese until melted, then add shredded cheddar cheese until smooth. Toss in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon, combining well.
Final touches: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra bacon crumbles if desired.
Serving: Serve hot for a delightful family meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
