Magic Bars With Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons light butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted light butter and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Next, sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped pecans over the coconut layer.
  5. Evenly pour the fat-free sweetened condensed milk over the top of the layers, ensuring all areas are covered.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the top is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
