Mix the Liquids: In a large pot, combine the orange juice, water, and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, making sure it is fully incorporated. Continue to heat the mixture until it is warm, but do not let it come to a boil.

Add Extracts: Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, orange extract, and cream of tartar (if using). Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Mix in the Alcohol: Once the mixture has cooled, slowly stir in the Everclear or vodka. Mix until everything is well combined.

Bottle the Moonshine: Carefully pour the mixture into clean glass bottles or mason jars. Seal tightly.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the moonshine for at least 24 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Shake the bottle well before serving. Serve chilled, garnished with orange slices if desired.
