- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar-free or low-sugar pepper jelly (mild or spicy based on preference)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 2 tbsp green onions or fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Creamy Base
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt (if using).
- Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
Step 2: Add the Pepper Jelly
- If you prefer a layered dip, spread the cheese mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish and spoon the pepper jelly on top.
- For a blended dip, fold the pepper jelly into the cheese mixture, reserving a tablespoon to drizzle over the top as a garnish.
Step 3: Serve or Warm (Optional)
- If serving cold, garnish with green onions or parsley, and serve immediately with your choice of dippers.
- For a warm dip, transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until warmed through and slightly bubbly.
