- 2 teaspoon molasses
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅔ cup vanilla greek yogurt (non-fat)
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 cups low-fat milk (1%)
Garnish: (optional)
- fresh raspberries
- cinnamon stick
