Ricotta Spinach Quiche Delight Recipe

Ingredients

01 1 pre-made pie crust

→ Filling

02 1 cup ricotta cheese
03 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
04 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 3 large eggs
06 1/2 cup heavy cream
07 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
10 Salt and pepper to taste

11 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Step 01

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie dish and set aside.

Step 02

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Step 03

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Step 04

Add the cooled spinach into the egg mixture and stir until evenly combined.

Step 05

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.

Step 06

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

Step 07

Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
