Chicken Breast
8 oz. Tomato sauce
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 oz. Shredded low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese
5 Turkey pepperoni slices
Green bell pepper, diced
Fresh Mushroom, sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
2 large black olives
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pound chicken breast to about ¼-inch thickness. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 25 minutes.
Combine tomato sauce with oregano, basil, onion powder, and garlic.
Spread desired amount of sauce over cooked chicken. Refrigerate remaining sauce for another time.
Top sauce with 1 ounce cheese, pepperoni, green bell pepper, mushroom, onion, and black olives. Bake an additional 15 minutes
