Ingredients:

1 can packed in water tuna, 4-5 oz drained

3-4 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt

1 tsp mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

5 banana pepper rings, finely diced

2 tbsp celery, finely diced

1 scallion, finely diced

1 tbsp fresh chives, diced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
-
1/8 table salt
-
1/8 black pepper
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Suggested Serving: Serve on bread, crackers, pitas, celery, apple slices, green salad or stuffed in tomatoes, cucumbers or avocados.
