Ingredients:

  • 1 can packed in water tuna, 4-5 oz drained
  • 3-4 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 banana pepper rings, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp celery, finely diced
  • 1 scallion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
  • 1/8 table salt
  • 1/8 black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
  3. Suggested Serving: Serve on bread, crackers, pitas, celery, apple slices, green salad or stuffed in tomatoes, cucumbers or avocados.
