Zero Point Deviled Egg Salad (WW-Friendly!)!

🥚 Zero Point Deviled Egg Salad (WW-Friendly!)

A creamy, tangy egg salad with a kick — perfect for holiday get-togethers or anytime snacks!
Only 1 point for the whole batch (because of the mayo), but easily makes 6 servings, so it’s a zero-point recipe per serving!

📝 Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1 large dill pickle, finely chopped

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise

Red crushed pepper, to taste

Salt & black pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Boil the eggs:

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Bring to a rapid boil, then remove from heat.

Cover and let sit for 12 minutes.

Cool under cold running water, then peel.

Chop & mix:

Chop eggs and place in a bowl.

In a small bowl, mix mayo, mustard, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Combine:

Stir the mayo mixture into the chopped eggs.

Mix until well combined.

Serve chilled:

Great on lettuce cups, whole grain crackers, or straight from the bowl!
