Ingredients:
-
1 1/2 cups 375 mL while wheat flour,
-
1 1/2 tsp 7 mL baking powder
-
1/2 tsp 2 mL salt
-
1/4 tsp 1 mL baking soda
-
1 cup 250 mL fat free Greek yogurt
-
2 cups fat free mozzarella shreds
-
1 can crushed San Marzano style tomatoes
-
garlic
-
mandolin sliced thin veggies.
Instructions
-
Prepare Dough:
-
In large bowl, combine dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in yogurt and flavoring (if desired); mix until combined (mixture will look dry).
-
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead dough 4 minutes, sprinkling with additional flour as needed. Shape dough into a ball.
-
It makes “one pizza crust” but I divide it and roll thin to make two pizzas
-
Bake crust on lowest rack of oven 14-16 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Top as desired. Bake 6-9 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
-
I use crushed San Marzano style tomatoes, toss in some garlic and Italian seasoning to make the sauce.
-
Use 1/3 cup sauce on the pizza dough. Add 1 c mozzarella per pizza and go crazy with mandolin sliced thin veggies. Bake another 5-8 minutes. Watch it.

Recipe Notes
Created a recipe using my 5 minute dough veggie pizza recipe, rolled super thin “pizza king” style, added homemade sauce of San marzano tomatoes, garlic, some mozzarella and loaded with veggies. What do you get? 3 point pizza per serving. Yes!
