Golden, crunchy, and ridiculously addictive β these crispy potato bites (or veggie wedges!) are everything you love about fries, but with more flavor, less oil, and a super easy method.
π Ingredients:
3β4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Β½ teaspoon onion powder
Β½ teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)
Dipping sauces: ketchup, ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo
πͺ Instructions:
Prep your potatoes:
Wash and cut into wedges, thick fries, or chunks β your call! For extra crispiness, soak them in cold water for 20β30 minutes, then pat dry thoroughly.
Season:
Toss potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper. Add Parmesan now if using.
Cook:
Air fryer: 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 15β20 minutes, shaking halfway.
Oven: Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 30β35 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
Pan-fry: Heat a bit of oil in a skillet and fry on medium heat until crisp and golden on all sides.
Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and a touch of flaky salt. Serve with your favorite dips and enjoy immediately.
