🛒 Ingredients:

3–4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)

Dipping sauces: ketchup, ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo

🔪 Instructions:

Prep your potatoes:
Wash and cut into wedges, thick fries, or chunks — your call! For extra crispiness, soak them in cold water for 20–30 minutes, then pat dry thoroughly.

Season:
Toss potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper. Add Parmesan now if using.

Cook:
