Homemade Wonton Soup

Ingredients:

  •   30 wonton wrappers

Wonton Filling:

  • 8 ounces ground pork

Broth:

  • 8 cups chicken broth

Instructions:

Wontons

  1. In a large bowl combine all filling ingredients.
  2. Place 1 teaspoon filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges and fold in half to create a triangle. Moisten the two longer tips and bring together. Press together.
  3. Dip the bottom in flour and place on a parchment lined pan. Repeat with remaining wontons.

Soup

  1. Bring all broth ingredients to a boil. Simmer 10 mintues.
  2. Remove garlic and ginger and discard.
  3. Add in wontons simmer 4-6 minutes or until pork is cooked through. Serve immediately.
