Skinny 1 Point Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Nonstick spray for pan

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients until well combined

Heat an oiled skillet on medium high heat

Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake

Cook approximately 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown

Serve with butter and syrup
