INGREDIENTS:
- 16 oz of chicken breast only white meat cut into tender style pieces or chicken tenderloins
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon spicy Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the chicken in a ziplock bag, pour in the marinade. Seal and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
