Balsamic Dijon Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 oz of chicken breast only white meat cut into tender style pieces or chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon spicy Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the vinegar, mustard and parsley in a small bowl.
    16 oz of chicken breast,2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar,1 tablespoon spicy Dijon mustard,1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  2. Place the chicken in a ziplock bag, pour in the marinade. Seal and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes a side
