Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a standard-sized loaf pan.
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine non-fat Greek yogurt, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to create the cinnamon-sugar swirl.
- Layer the Batter:
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar swirl evenly over the batter. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar swirl.
- Swirl and Bake:
- Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the batter, creating a marbled effect. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Slice:
- Allow the Amish Cinnamon Bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice and savor the homemade goodness.
