Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Batter
  1. In a bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, egg, butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Line silicone muffin cups or use parchment liners.
  2. Spoon batter evenly into cups. Place in air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3: Serve
  1. Let muffins cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
