Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, egg, butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Line silicone muffin cups or use parchment liners.
- Spoon batter evenly into cups. Place in air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3: Serve
- Let muffins cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
