Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

1 box jumbo pasta shells (about 20 shells)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Cook Pasta Shells

Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions.
Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3: Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Assemble the Dish

Pour 1 cup of Alfredo sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture, then arrange them in the baking dish.
Step 5: Add Sauce and Cheese

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells.
Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Bake

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7: Serve

Let the stuffed shells cool for a few minutes before serving.
