Cottage cheese cake with berry compote


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 pkg of 1 small box sf cheesecake pudding
  • 2 tablespoon of Swerve
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups greek yogurt choban, nonfat plain
  • one cup of pureed fat free cottage cheese


  1. preheat 350
  2. bake 30-50 minutes. spray pie dish or spring form with pam. mix eggs vanilla & sugar and yogurt and pudding mix well. pour into pan & bake

Recipe Notes:

Berry compote -I cooked down mixed fresh berries on the stove. I didn’t add any sweeteners. Next time I’ll add a small amount of cornstarch to thicken it more
