Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 pkg of 1 small box sf cheesecake pudding
- 2 tablespoon of Swerve
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups greek yogurt choban, nonfat plain
- one cup of pureed fat free cottage cheese

preheat 350

bake 30-50 minutes. spray pie dish or spring form with pam. mix eggs vanilla & sugar and yogurt and pudding mix well. pour into pan & bake
Recipe Notes:
Berry compote -I cooked down mixed fresh berries on the stove. I didn’t add any sweeteners. Next time I’ll add a small amount of cornstarch to thicken it more
