Self rising white cornmeal
1 cup(s)
Splenda Granulated no calorie sweetener
1/3 cup(s)
Baking soda
1/2 tsp
Baking powder
1/2 tsp
Table salt
1/2 tsp
Chobani Plain Greek non-fat yogurt
1 cup(s)
1 item(s)


1 Preheat oven to 375°
2 Prepare 8 inch skillet to our cooking spray
3 In a medium, oh, add cornmeal, Splenda, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
4 In a small bowl, add yogurt, and egg. Mix well.
5 Fold small mixing bowl ingredients into medium bowl ingredients.
6 Pour batter into prepared skillet
7 Bake and preheated oven, 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown or toothpick. Inserted comes out clean.
