Ingredients
- 5 ( 4 oz.) skinless boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt or plain non fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Pinch of Italian seasonings

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts on a lined with parchment paper cookie sheet. Place chicken breasts on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet. You can place a baking sheet bakers rack on top of the parchment paper, if you have one. Spray the baking sheet bakers rack with non stick cooking spray, if you’re using one.
- Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. It is important to have dry chicken breasts which will help keep the coating on the chicken while it cooks.
- Spoon mixture on top of chicken breasts. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of chicken breasts.
- Spray the tops of the chicken breasts with non stick cooking spray.
- Cook for 25-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Turn the oven to broil and place the pan under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned on top.
- Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in oven at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
