🍗 W-W Chicken Tenders – No Breading
Juicy, flavorful chicken tenders baked to perfection with zero breading — simple, healthy, and totally delicious!

✨ Ingredients:
1 pound chicken tenders (or boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
🔪 Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Season the Chicken:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Place chicken tenders in a large bowl, pour the seasoning mixture over them, and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange & Bake:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Arrange tenders in a single layer, leaving space between each one.
Bake:
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F / 74°C). Adjust time based on thickness.
Rest & Serve:
Let rest a few minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs if you’d like. Serve hot!
