Four ingredient pineapple cupcakes

These are Yummy and so simple and they are just two  points each!

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of canned pineapple
  • 1 cup water


  1. pour cake mix into a bowl add 2 eggs and drain the pineapple juice from the can and add 3/4 cup of pineapple to the batter. Add 1 cup of water to the batter as well as requested on the Box.
  2. Take the drained pineapple juice and Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice to the batter.
  3. Pour batter into silicone cupcake liners and and add remaining pineapple juice to the tops of the cupcakes before putting in the oven.
  4. (I use silicone cupcake liners spray them and they just pop right out when they’re done could not be simpler.
  5. No more sticking no more cleaning a Pan)
  6. Bake cupcakes at 325 degrees for 22 minutes … made 24 ! 2 points each.
