Microwave chocolate mug cake with ice cream

Ye ask and ye shall receive! I can take absolutely no credit for this bc my BFF Nicki is the QUEEN of making delectable W-W friendly meals and desserts and she shared this easy breezy recipe and now I’m obsessed.

Below are all the ingredients.

Serves
1 the cake is three points ice cream is one point!

Ingredients:

Self-rising flour
2 Tbsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp
Baking powder
1/4 tsp
Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
1 Tbsp
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Light 30% vegetable oil spread
1 tsp
Lily’s Dark chocolate mini baking chips (9 oz)
40 chip(s)
Plain unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp

Throw them in a mug, stir, heat in microwave for 40 seconds,

EXTRA TOPPINGS/ dump your ice cream if choice (I used 1/3 cup of Blue Bunny fat free sugar free vanilla ice cream for 1 points) and topped with 0pt Walden Farms SF syrup. Takes about 2 minutes from start to finish! I’m telling you I gave up Texas Roadhouse rolls bc I wanted this more!!
