Frozen Pineapple toasted coconut Chunks


  • Sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup s
  • Dole Tropical Gold Frozen pineapple
  • chunks no sugar added
  • 1/2 bag s
  • Coconut extract
  • 1 tsp
  • Publix Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2/3 cup s
  • Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets
  • 3 packet s


  1. Just toast the coconut at 250 and keep stirring as it toasts. Mix yogurt, sweetener, and coconut extract. Dip pineapple into yogurt then toasted coconut. I froze to store, but leave out a few minutes before eating because they’re hard.
