Ingredients you will need:
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 4 slices of bread (sourdough or your favorite)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
• In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
• Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
• Place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Divide the mushroom mixture evenly over the bread slices.
• Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each toast.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
