Ingredients:
-
1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
-
Take the pizza dough out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes to make it easier to work with.
-
Once the dough is ready, divide it into equal-sized portions. Roll each portion into a rope about 10 inches long.
-
Tie each rope into a knot, tucking the ends underneath. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
-
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
-
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots, making sure to coat each one evenly.
-
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the knots, followed by a pinch of salt.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown and cooked through.
-
Once done, remove the knots from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
